Hi! I’m Isabella!

(she/her), and I wholeheartedly believe you are meant to shine!

Sound like a radical idea? Here’s another one: You don’t deserve to be this shell of a person you’ve become. Let me prove it to you!

Above all, I’m passionate about helping teens, college students, and young adults learn to celebrate the magic inside them

As a therapist:

  • It’s my mission to help you see how valuable and worthy you are by recovering the beautiful parts of you that have been stolen by toxic relationships, chronic stress, depression, bullying, and anxiety

  • Each therapy session is tailored to your specific needs and fully centered around empowering you, encouraging you, and teaching you tools that help you to take ownership of your life

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, I love providing therapy to diverse individuals and am wholeheartedly dedicated to advocating for the wellness of every beautifully multifaceted identity

As a lifelong learner:

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with additional Board Certification from the National Board for Certified Counselors

  • Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Child and Adolescent Emphasis from Northwestern University

  • Graduate Certificate in Adolescent Health from Johns Hopkins University’s Bloomberg School of Public Health

  • Rigorous advanced clinical skills training in Psychodynamic Psychology, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Sex Therapy techniques

As an advocate:

  • I’ve blended my love of people, storytelling, and public speaking to pioneer an organization dedicated to psychoeducation and mental health outreach

  • Fully dedicating my life to breaking the mental health stigma, I produce presentations and research that help fight for equity and access to therapy

  • Passionate about growth and leadership, I jump at any chance to mentor students and young people in ways that honor and amplify their diverse stories

As a human:

  • Walt Disney World is home and wearing Mickey ears is my ultimate form of self-care

  • My comfort shows are cooking shows, especially holiday baking competitions

  • I read a lot of books — like a lot, a lot. They can be any genre and I’ll more than likely swallow them up in a night

  • If I’m ever quiet, you can be sure I’m secretly planning some sort of adventure, party, or last-minute trip. Even if a lot of them don’t pan out, I have so much fun imagining them

Now that you know a little bit about me, tell me more about YOU!
