Concerns Typically Treated

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and even if you don’t see your experiences being listed below, feel free to call and ask about how I would approach them.

That’s what a consultation call is for!

We’ll get the chance to speak about your history and some possible treatment approaches. Generally, you can be sure that I use talk-therapy with psychodynamic and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tools that help uncover patterns of the past, find balance in your thoughts and emotions, and train your inner voice to build you up - not tear you down!

I work with a variety of mental health concerns, including:

Self Esteem: Feeling Ugly, Worthless, Unworthy of Love, Surrounded by Unhealthy or Unfulfilling Relationships

Depression: Feeling Sad, Broken, Lonely, Lost, Empty, Angry, or Suicidal

Anxiety + Life Adjustments: Feeling Worried, Overwhelmed, Stressed, Stuck, or like an Impostor

Insurance vs Private Pay

Quality mental health care should be a right, not a privilege. Which of these best suits your needs?

Insurance

  • Requires a diagnosis on file

  • Sessions will be 55 minutes long

  • System collects copay + insurance claim is submitted after session

  • Insurance may dictate how many sessions are covered/available

  • Currently working with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, and United Healthcare

Private Pay

  • No diagnosis necessary on file

  • Sessions will be 25-50 minutes long - you choose

  • System collects full payment after session

  • No limit to the amount of sessions you’re able to schedule

  • Can always request Superbill for out-of-network claim reimbursement to submit to your insurance
