Above all, I’m passionate about helping teens, college students, and young adults learn to celebrate the magic inside them

  • I’m a bilingual therapist in Miami dedicated to helping teen girls, college students, and women in their 20s build bold self-love, boundaries, and healthy relationships. I’m also passionate about helping families connect, communicate, and rebuild after trauma

  • Herr-Era was born when my endless love of humans, storytelling, and public speaking blended with my passion for mentoring and advocacy; this organization is fully dedicated to fighting for equity in mental health access and the wellness of every beautifully multifaceted identity

  • I’m a trained Qualified Supervisor, board certified practitioner, and lifelong learner who has received a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Child and Adolescent emphasis from Northwestern University and a graduate certificate in Adolescent Health from Johns Hopkins University's Bloomberg School of Public Health

  • When not in session, you’ll find me at Walt Disney World, reading cheesy books, or in perpetual search of the best vegetarian food in Miami
