What is an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluation?
Our ESA evaluations are designed to assess whether an emotional support animal is a clinically appropriate part of your treatment plan.
This evaluation is a professional mental health assessment conducted by a trained professional to determine if you qualify for an emotional support animal, under applicable housing laws.
ESAs are not considered service animals, but they are recognized as a reasonable accommodation for individuals with qualifying mental health conditions.

How Do I know If I’m eligible for an ESA letter?
An assessment by our therapists will determine whether you’re eligible for an ESA letter. Many individuals may benefit from an ESA, including those diagnosed with anxiety, panic disorders, depression, PTSD, phobias, and emotional-distress.

Is an ESA Letter Approval Guaranteed?
ESA letters are only issued when clinically appropriate, therefore they are not guaranteed. They are intended for housing-related accommodations, and therefore, your housing entity unfortunately may have the final say. We cannot guarantee approvals, only that we will be happy to provide follow-up documentation to your association, should it be appropriate and necessary, to help with your case as best as we can.

Co-pays are determined by your individual plan and may vary; please see the back of your insurance card for more information
We are currently in-network with most major insurance plans, including - but not limited to - Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, Optum, Oscar, Florida Blue, and United Healthcare
Out of Network
Your insurance may offer out-of-network benefits that provide you with reimbursement
The price of a 30 minute, ESA evaluation appointment is $90. This includes the price of the letter and any forms your building or organization may require us to sign on your behalf.
Should follow-up appointments be necessary, these are priced at $60 each.
