What is mental health outreach and who is it for?
Mental health outreach brings education, resources, and support directly to communities in ways that are accessible, inclusive, and culturally relevant. We work most often with schools, nonprofits, workplaces, community organizations, and health agencies, but this is for everyone who is ready to support mental health literacy.

Are mental health outreach presentations the same as therapy?
Outreach is educational, not clinical! It is not the same as receiving therapy, despite the information it provides. However, our therapeutic expertise helps ensure the information being taught is accurate, trauma-informed, and meaningful to you and your organization.
