Hi! I’m Adriel!
(she/her)
I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families in strengthening connection, improving communication, and creating relationships that feel more fulfilling and supportive
I work from the belief that our relationships play a powerful role in shaping how we see ourselves, how we cope, and how we move through the world.
As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, I specialize in working with relational concerns, including family dynamics, intimate relationships, communication patterns, and challenges around connection and boundaries. I enjoy helping teens and young adults explore how their relationships impact their emotional well-being, while also supporting families in strengthening understanding and connection.
I am currently completing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University, after earning my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Penn State.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and curious. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard, respected, and supported. I adapt my therapeutic style to fit each client’s goals and developmental needs, and I value working alongside families to support growth and connection.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading thrillers and fantasy novels, playing the piano, watching relationship-focused reality TV, and spending time with my family.
