Hi! I’m Adriel!

(she/her)

I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families in strengthening connection, improving communication, and creating relationships that feel more fulfilling and supportive

  • I work from the belief that our relationships play a powerful role in shaping how we see ourselves, how we cope, and how we move through the world.

  • As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, I specialize in working with relational concerns, including family dynamics, intimate relationships, communication patterns, and challenges around connection and boundaries. I enjoy helping teens and young adults explore how their relationships impact their emotional well-being, while also supporting families in strengthening understanding and connection.

  • I am currently completing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University, after earning my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Penn State.

  • Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading thrillers and fantasy novels, playing the piano, watching relationship-focused reality TV, and spending time with my family.

  • My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and curious. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard, respected, and supported. I adapt my therapeutic style to fit each client’s goals and developmental needs, and I value working alongside families to support growth and connection.

Now that you know a bit about me, tell me more about YOU!
