  • Co-pays are determined by your individual plan and may vary; please see the back of your insurance card for more information

  • We are currently in-network with most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, Optum, Oscar, and United Healthcare

Out of Network

  • Your insurance may offer out-of-network benefits that provide you with reimbursement

  • The price of a 60 minute, individual therapy appointment can range from $45-$125
