As someone who moved to this country at a young age, I know firsthand what it’s like to go through transitions where you don’t always feel like you belong.
Those experiences have shaped who I am and the way I connect with others.
I’m currently a registered intern therapist who completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University and my undergraduate degree in Psychology.
In the therapy room, I bring warmth, curiosity, and openness to people from all walks of life.
l enjoy supporting clients through life transitions, stress, relationships, and those moments where you feel “in between” identities or places.
I also offer therapy in Spanish, so clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural to them.
Outside of therapy, I love dancing, trying new restaurants, spending time with my dogs, and being with the people I love. I’m always open to new hobbies, new adventures, and new ways of creating memories and experiences.
