Hi! I’m Michelle!
(she/her)
I’ve always been someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know people, their stories, the experiences that have shaped them, and all the little pieces that make them who they are.
Growing up as the daughter of immigrant parents, I have a special appreciation for the ways our culture, families, and experiences become part of who we are.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, substance use, grief, and those seasons of life where things can simply feel a little heavy or uncertain.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, so you’re welcome to express yourself in whichever language feels most like you.
I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
Outside of therapy, I’m usually at the beach, finding some way to move my body, spending time with the people I love, trying a new restaurant, or looking forward to my next little adventure. :)
