Hi! I’m Michelle!

(she/her)

I’ve always been someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know people, their stories, the experiences that have shaped them, and all the little pieces that make them who they are.

  • Growing up as the daughter of immigrant parents, I have a special appreciation for the ways our culture, families, and experiences become part of who we are.

  • I’ve had the opportunity to work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, substance use, grief, and those seasons of life where things can simply feel a little heavy or uncertain.

  • I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, so you’re welcome to express yourself in whichever language feels most like you.

  • I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

  • Outside of therapy, I’m usually at the beach, finding some way to move my body, spending time with the people I love, trying a new restaurant, or looking forward to my next little adventure. :)

Now that you know a bit about me, tell me more about YOU!
